Staroslavan gymnastics is fitness that existed in ancient Russia. The complex includes 27 simple exercises divided into three parts, called worlds: top, middle and lower (depending on the initial position in which exercises are performed). How to choose these 7 exercises? For these purposes there are special Old Slavonic cards. They show the exercises themselves and the old Slavonic symbols – patterns that we can see on the towers and embroidery of our ancestors. It is believed that these symbols should be considered during exercise, and then they will protect the woman itself, her children, home and family. Such cards, if there is no possibility to purchase them, can be made independently from the usual deck. Simply select 27 of any cards from it, for each of which apply the exercise numbers: 9 in each world. Then you choose 7 cards for good luck and perform your exercises.

You can engage in older Slavonic gymnastics to women at any age. The only thing that during the reception of hormonal drugs is better to refuse. It is believed that with hormones they are in contradiction.
Exercises of the Upper World are performed standing on semitted legs, hands bent in the elbows, palms come into contact with external sides behind the back area.

Exercise 3

Exercise 1

By analogy with the exercise of the 5th world, standing on his knees, pull one hand over the shoulder to the lower back. Return to the original position and repeat from the other hand.

Exercise 7

Return to the original position for the exercises of the Middle World. Take the knee of one legs to the side, stop the floor, the case also turn into this direction. Return to the original position and repeat the exercise on the other legs.

Exercise 1
